Terms & Conditions

Using this website means accepting these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the site and its linked tools.

Morehouse County Recent Arrests is privately owned and unaffiliated with government, MPSO, any jail, or Louisiana DPS&C. Neither this site nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency or offers services for FCRA-regulated decisions.

Nature of the Website

This is a reference guide to public offices, custody locators, and outside research tools. It stores no official records and cannot verify custody, arrange release, file documents, or provide investigative or legal services.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or discriminate against anyone.
  • Do not use information for employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, deploy bots or scrapers, interfere with security, or disrupt another visitor’s access.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Information may not be used for hiring or firing, tenant screening, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing, government-program eligibility, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking resources, sheriff and corrections sites, courts, legal information, news, or commercial search tools. A link is not an endorsement. Those operators control their content, uptime, pricing, and data handling, and visitors should review their terms.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, uninterrupted availability, security, error-free operation, or completeness of partner results. Custody data changes rapidly and nothing here is an official government statement.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Louisiana law permits, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from that visitor’s use, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, branding, and code belong to Morehouse County Recent Arrests or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission, except where law allows.

Updates and Access

These terms may change when a revised version is posted. Access may be restricted or ended at any time, with or without notice, including for misuse or security reasons.

Louisiana Law and Severability

Louisiana law governs these terms, and disputes must be filed in an appropriate Louisiana court. If one provision is invalid, it will be limited only as needed while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
